"Foxtrot" in the rating "HR 35 to 35"

Elena Lagotskaya took 2nd place in on-line voting, 1528 experts, invited to participate by the organizers - Delo.ua portal together with Boyden "HR 35 to 35", voted for her. In the final result, the vote Elena took the honorable 12th place among 35 HR specialists up to 35 years old.
The experts evaluated the participants in the rating in five dimensions: professional experience and education, career achievements and implemented projects, the scope of tasks and impact on the market, managerial experience, reputation and fame.
- We carefully approached the collection of information on the participants of the rating, asked to fill out questionnaires, studied information from open sources, primarily LinkedIn. We are satisfied with the results of the rating. I am sure that these people are the future of the HR community, - Tatyana Ryasnaya, the curator of the Delo.UA project.
The rating showed that for today domestic HR-managers have learned to build work with the personnel taking into account the company's business goals and strategy. Personnel management in Ukraine is reaching a new level - standards of the profession, innovative approaches and tools are being formed.

The final score of each participant was formed, proceeding from two components: online voting on the site of Delo.UA (25%) and points of experts (75%).
