Generous buyers of "Foxtrot" in Irpen and their friends volunteers
2 254 hryvnia 68 kopecks collected thoughtful buyers of Irpen «Foxtrot» (street Shevchenko, 4-G.) for wards of the International charitable organization "Embassy of Life", children of the Goncharuk’s Orphanage and Rehabilitation Center "My Family" (Kiev region). The same day, representatives of the «Foxtrot» and the Foundation visited of these social institutions to deliver personally gifts to the children purchased using the money of the generous customers, as well as clothes and toys collected by the staff and volunteers.
The first in the route was Goncharuk’s orphanage of family type, in which eight pupils of different ages are getting used to the warm family atmosphere got to the family just from the street. Volunteers purchased stuff needed for school with money from the boxes in Irpen «Foxtrot». Bright brand-newchancellery was perceived "to cheer"by the children and as sessed as significant support for the family by adults. "This targeted assistance is very useful, because there is a lot of stuff that is needed but we cannot afford it. It seems a trifle, but we want the children to have comfortable conditions to grow and develop ", - Mom of 8 children Tatyana Goncharuk said to the volunteers of the "Foxtrot".
Next charitable mission went to the Center of Social Rehabilitation "My Family" situated in v. Khotov (Kyiv region) The Center has brought up more than 200 street children who have found a family here.Chancellery, toys, puzzles, school stuff, warm clothes and sweets were prepared for the children by volunteeres. "We are very grateful to such caring people who have the time and resources to help children under difficult life conditions. In particular, we thank the «Foxtrot» staff and management who has already assisted us three years by collecting funds for our needs with charity boxes" - head of the Center for Children Social Rehabilitation " My Family" Svetlana Shlyakhta said.
Poole of these two social institutions friends was extended by another participant of the action - employees the «Foxtrot» Group of Companies from the central office: before the visit, they organized the collection and delivery of things for the Goncharuk’s Family and Social Rehabilitation Center "My Family".
About us: Goncharuk’sorphanage of family type was created in July 29, 2013. Parents-teachers: Vladimir and Tatiana. Orphanage of family type is brought up 8 children: Vladimir - born in 1999, Maxim - born in 2002, Nicholas - born in 2003, Rostislav - born in 2004, Oleg - born in 2006, Angelina - born in 2008, Andrew - born in 2008, Anastasia - born in 2012.
Children's Center "My Family" was created and opened in 2003 to solve the problem of homeless children in Kiev. The purpose of the project is to provide comprehensive assistance to a child who is under difficult conditions, to help him or her to return to their biological families or find new parents, to adapt children to healthy social life.
International Charitable Foundation "Embassy of Life" was registered in 2003. In the same year, the Foundation was gifted two houses, in which it still operates Goncharuk’sorphanage of Family and Rehabilitation Center "My Family". Today the Foundation expands and helps orphans, disabled children, children from dysfunctional families and families under difficult conditions, lonely elderly and dying in a hospice.
