Memorandum on mutual understanding
On August 15 at a meeting of the Public Council of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine was signed a Memorandum on Cooperation between the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Importers of home appliances, member of which is a retail network "Foxtrot. Home Appliances".
The memorandum is a document that fixes the fact of reaching mutual understanding between retailers and fiscal authorities in the present circumstances, reforming of customs and tax system in Ukraine.
Participants of Memorandum documented an understanding of problematical and opacity functioning of the internal market of the goods at the present time. Signers also noted today's existing high risk of selling goods without payment transactions and, as a result - the probability of domestic sales of consumer electronics, imported in violation of the customs and tax laws, counterfeit goods that may be unsafe for consumers.
Market operators - participants and members of the Association shall carry imported into the customs territory of Ukraine goods without the use of mechanisms to minimize customs duties on the basis of direct deliveries. And FSU has committed itself to involve retailers to develop legislative and regulatory acts that directly or indirectly affect the functioning of the market for IT and electronic appliances.
Signatures under the Memorandum put deputy chairman of GFSU Makarenko and leaders of the two professional associations - "Ukrainian importers of home appliances" and "Information Technology Enterprises of Ukraine."
