Foxtrot Show Store: Personal guide to the world of technology
In the metropolitan supermarket "Foxtrot" on the Veluka Vasylkivska 45, which is running in the new format Foxtrot Show Store, was held the meeting of the members of HR-committee of the European Business Association (EBA). Members of the EBA – representatives of the leading companies from all over the country could see in practice a novelty of the trade market such as a "store of digital technologies" and particularity of its work process for the customers and staff.
Guests from EBA even at the entrance noted the fact that innovative changes of the essence and style of trading were applied to this particular capital "Foxtrot": the spacious hall is not fully filled with the stands, a lot of "air" in the space, "warm" natural materials of the equipment (wood and grass - directly on shelves) and innovative gadgets of metal and plastic on it! Everything glitters and flashes, as if inviting to try each unit in action. Moreover, all visitors are welcomed to do this – they can launch and test each gadget directly from the shelf. A lot of new product categories came into our life: quadrocopters and robots, 3D-glasses, self-balancing scooters and blisks, - Ivan Stefoglov, Sales Director of "Foxtrot” explained to the visitors from EBA, - We understand that we should give to the people the opportunity to test all of this directly in the store. This format "You can touch, you need to test," was welcomed by the clients, and the staff must be ready to this format too.
- We have tried to hire people that could present the goods as cool as it possible, people that literally could “get high” from their work. Another responsibility is to create a pool of their "own clients", and become personal guide to the world of technology for costumer! - Said HR-director of "Foxtrot" network Natalia Fastovets. - This is a real breakthrough not only in the store format but also is a big step in the work with the staff and in development of human relations in trade.
Natalia Fastovets notes that the advent of new formats in the trade creates a new generation of employees.
- New employees are the people that are involved in all this stuff, fans of the idea, gadget lovers, geeks who can memorize all those innovations. Even well-known cyber-athletes came to compete for this job offer! How do we motivate them? First, they work right there where they want and like to, and secondly - we provide them with trainings and decent working conditions (we made a comfortable relaxation room with juice and biscuits available for them). And the last but not the least - our employees are the fans of novelties: they move around the room on the self-balancing scooters, they love gadgets and know everything about them. Our costumers see the way we treat our employees and hopefully appreciate it.
The confirmation of these words was the woman that came in the salesroom of Foxtrot Show Store and asked to call consultant Sergei that is friend of her. She wanted to discuss immediate purchase with him.

Commercial director of the network Tatyana Moiseenko explained the “Foxtrot’s” leadership role in creation of the trends in retail.

First Foxtrot Show Store was opened in October 2016 in Kiev at the Veluka Vasylkivska, 45. The second one was opened in November in the shopping mall Victoria Gardens (Lviv, Kulparkovskaya st 226a).
