Foxtrot together with "Foxtrot": kopeychuzhka, quadrocopter and a flash mob!
300 medals, 500 participants of the flash mob, almost thousand pairs of participants – these are the results the XXVIII dance festival "Parade of Hope"-2017 «fleshed» with. The festival named the best in the Ballroom and Latin Dance in Ukraine and abroad.
On the 25 and 26 February in the capital's exhibition center "KyivExpoPlaza" country`s best dancing pairs "danced" the XXVIII International traditional competitions in sport dancing "Parade of Hope - 2017" and the tournament for the "Foxtrot" cup.
The organizers – sport and dance center "Sport Dance" ("Fedorchuk`s Dance School "), Ukrainian sport Dance Association in partnership with the Group of companies "Foxtrot" this year have collected not only the competition - but a whole festival. "We wanted to create a festival in Ukraine similar to the world’s tournament " Blackpool" in England, where all interested dancers have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills to the judging team of international level - shared Elena Fedorchuk-Lemishko, co-organizer of "Parade of Hope" and the coach of "Fedorchuk`s Dance School".
Two days in a row athletes of different age categories were conquering the parquet - "Seniors", "Adults", "Youth", "Juniors", "Juveniles", "Baby category" and others. "The most complex and at the same time most pleasant was the fact that all the participants were well prepared, it made decision to "choose the best" to be far from easy task, - says the teacher and the judge in the field of sports dances Graham Osvik (UK).
Nearly 300 medals were won by the participants of the 2 day festival similar to Blackpool - high result of one more team – organizers` one - said, commenting on the results for the cup "Foxtrot" executive director of the trade network "Foxtrot" Vyacheslav Povroznik. –Our company also contributed because the brand along with the "Parade of Hope" supports the development of sports dance in Ukraine for 15 years already.
The format of the festival was felt in everything: competitive performances were intertwined with concert performances. For example in evening branch nearly half of a thousand participants took part in flash mob «Mannequin Challenge» during a collective Viennese waltz when all pairs and spectators in the stands literally became "frozen" in the poses of mannequins. Valentina Fedorchuk opening each of the six branches of the festival was constantly thanking to all the helpers of "Parade of Hope." First of all the Group of companies "Foxtrot" and its leaders - Valery Makovetskiy and Gennady Vykhodtsev for longstanding support of her idea of the festival.
