Network development: two reformations and one opening in July 2021
Foxtrot continues updating – another three stores in white hub format were presented to customers in July. Modernization was carried out in Lviv and Cherkasy. New store was opened in Dnipro
The first Foxtrot store in Lviv was opened on 16 Gorodetska Street 20 years ago. This summer it was reformed. Now the most experienced Lviv Foxtrot store is located on two floors, in four trading halls.
On the ground floor of the Lviv Foxtrot, customers find themselves in the special atmosphere of the branded "white hub". There are several cash registers here for paying for the goods. Here you can also get an additional setting up service. There is also a zone for issuing online orders from the FOXTROT.UA online store. On the first floor, the visitor enters the realm of smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and TVs. On the ground floor, "heavyweights" of household appliances like refrigerators and washing machines lined up, as well as other human helpers in housekeeping - blenders, multicooker, coffee makers, robotic vacuum cleaners and so on.
In Cherkassy (207 Shevchenko Street), the space was also increased from 700 to 900 square meters (thanks to the redevelopment, the area for utility and storage facilities was expanded). Modern branded merchandising had helped to increase the assortment on store shelves by 20%. In addition, comfortable service rooms for employees were provided. In general, the updated Foxtrot has become more understandable for the buyer - as comfortable as the intuitive interface of a favorite gadget.
Dnipro city closed the "trinity" of July openings. A completely new brand-new Foxtrot was opened on 2 Lomanaya Street. The store is located in a building near the MOST-City mall. The total area of the store is 1025 square meters, the retail area has reached 900 square meters. In the Foxtrot in Dnipro city, an expanded assortment of all categories of household and electronic supplies was collected. Three dozen brand zones were set up.
As in any store of the chain, in the new Foxtrot customers can get a loan for any offer from partner banks. A new option to get a loan using digital documents from the Diya application was added by the partner company "Financial Broker".
