Foxtrot entered the TOP-30 digitalization champions in partnership with Foxteam Digital
The first study of digital practices among 203 companies operating in the Ukrainian market was conducted by Forbes Ukraine and KPMG in Ukraine
The electronics and home appliances chain Foxtrot entered the list of TOP-30 digitalization champion businesses according to Forbes Ukraine. The company was assessed by the level of digitalization of individual business processes, such as sales, HR, finance, production/service, supply, marketing and IT. Particular attention was paid to the processes of automation and integration of modern technologies to improve business efficiency.
“Foxtrot is actively implementing new technologies in its activities in order not only to meet the requirements of the time, but also to offer its customers the best conditions for purchasing and receiving goods. We are glad to be among the champions in the pace of digitalization and strive to further improve our processes. Together with our partners, we continue to work on implementing innovative solutions that allow us to remain among the industry leaders,” said Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot.
Foxtrot’s key partner in the digitalization process is Foxteam Digital (Entry LLC), which provides the main IT processes for the retail chain (the process is supervised by Yevgenia Kuchmar, Business Relationship Manager). Since the start of the full-scale invasion, a number of successful projects have been implemented together.
The most significant of them is the order distribution project, which allowed us to significantly improve logistics and delivery processes, providing greater flexibility and reducing order fulfillment time, which led to significant benefits for business and customers:
- increased assortment for delivery: customers were able to order goods from different warehouses and receive them faster, even if some of the products are not available in one place.
- logistics optimization: structured delivery processes allowed us to significantly reduce order fulfillment time.
- improved customer satisfaction: by individualizing the order processing process, Foxtrot has improved the quality of the customer experience.
- resource savings: automation of the order distribution process has reduced the need for manual intervention, reducing operational management costs, etc.
It should be noted that the survey of companies lasted from September to October 2024, as a result of which 203 questionnaires were received. Based on this analysis, a shortlist of 68 companies was formed that demonstrated the best digitalization practices in various areas of activity. Each company was assessed using a special methodology based on 26 criteria. As a result, 30 companies with the highest index were included in the prestigious list of champions.
Recall that in 2023, Foxtrot was included in the rating "Personal Data Protection Index" from the NGO "Internews-Ukraine". According to lawyers and digital technology experts, Foxtrot's privacy policy was among the ten most successful among the 20 websites and 10 applications of private technology companies operating in Ukraine that they studied. The result was provided to the retailer by Foxteam Digital.
