What gifts were chosen for Love Season-2025 at Foxtrot
The most popular at Love Season-2025 were hair trimmers, headphones, multi-cookers, smartphones and smart watches
The holiday period has traditionally become active for shopping at Foxtrot. In the period from February 10 to 16, sales increased by 12% in absolute terms and by 15% in the number of goods sold compared to the previous week.
There was traditionally no significant distribution by gender. The majority of buyers chose gifts at the last moment. A significant increase in sales was recorded on February 13-14 (Thursday-Friday), when the turnover was equal to the weekend indicators.
Among the categories, as in previous years, small household appliances are leading, which showed a +25% increase in the number of goods sold. A noticeable increase was also recorded in the categories of smartphones, mobile accessories and dishes.
Among the gifts for Valentine's Day, products from the "beauty" category stand out, which grew by +44% in units and 60% in monetary terms. For example, modern trimmers for haircuts, which have become one of the popular options for men. Users are increasingly choosing models with multiple attachments, and devices with long battery life and waterproof housings are also needed, ensuring ease of use in any conditions. 2 models were in high demand: the PHILIPS MG5930/15 trimmer and the PHILIPS QP6542/15.
"A new trend among gifts is multi-ovens and air grills, which combine functionality and a healthy approach to cooking. They refused to cook with a minimum amount of oil, while preserving the beneficial properties of the product. Popular models: GORENJE AF1350DWB and TEFAL EY501," said Maksym Kucher, head of the small household appliances department at Foxtrot.
“In general, interest in technology as a gift for the other half remains stable. The activity of buyers in the pre-holiday days further confirmed that February 14 is a special day when gifts that combine utility and modern technology remain in place,” Foxtrot concluded.
