Foxtrot reformed in Uzhhorod and resumes work in Brovary
Omnichannel retailer Foxtrot continues its strategy of network development, scaling and modernization of retail outlets
On April 24, the company opened two stores at once: a new Foxtrot in the Terminal shopping mall (Brovary) and a renovated one in Uzhhorod (4 Kapushanska Street).
Both stores are decorated using decorative elements of "vyshyvanka" and meet modern accessibility standards. In particular, an accessible space is provided for serving people in wheelchairs, including in the service hub area, a service for consultations in sign language has been connected, and other inclusive solutions are planned to be implemented.
Attention has also been paid to improving the online order delivery service. Given the full use of the FOXY HUB mobile application by Foxtrot sellers, receiving online purchases takes less than 2 minutes.
“Expansion and renewal is the strategic goal of Foxtrot. Behind the launch of each new store is the coordinated work of the team, which, despite the complex challenges of today, creates comfort for millions of our customers. And to make Foxtrot stores even more convenient and closer to everyone, we systematically and effectively implement new standards of service, barrier-free and customer experience,” – said Danil Veklenko, Operations Director of the Foxtrot chain.
Updated format in Uzhgorod
This Foxtrot store has undergone a large-scale reform with a focus on optimizing space (moving from the second to the first floor of the shopping center) and at the same time – on increasing the product matrix. The total area covers 655 m², the retail area – 486 m².As part of the renovation, a service hub was equipped, which became a single window for paying for and checking goods, applying for credit, receiving online orders and additional services. The store's assortment has been expanded by 25%, in particular, in such categories as personal gadgets, TVs, small household appliances. Among the brand zones, Samsung, Philips, Kenwood are represented.
It should be noted that Foxtrot on Kapushanska is of special importance for the company: at the beginning of the full-scale war, one of the three corporate hotels for colleagues and everyone who was forced to leave their homes was set up here.
Return to Brovary
“Foxtrot has a successful experience of working in Brovary since 2015 and has always been a popular place among Brovary residents. However, during the war we were forced to close. After a two-year break, we are resuming our work and will be happy to meet with regular and new customers,” – added Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot. From now on, the store of one of the largest electronics retailers is presented at the new location of the Terminal shopping mall. The total area of the store is 1696.6 m², the retail area is 1025 m².
The assortment includes a wide selection of top-quality products and technological innovations from popular manufacturers. The sales hall has brand zones for Samsung, Xiaomi, LG, Philips, Delonghi, Tefal, Krups and others, where customers can familiarize themselves with the equipment and test it before buying. For the comfort of visitors, a lounge area has been equipped with the ability to recharge gadgets, relax, and for the youngest guests – a cozy place for drawing.
