Course for e-commerce: Foxtrot strengthens their positions online

Online trading became the main direction in the development of the hugest Ukrainian retailer in 2019. 

E-commerce network director Kirill Popov-Cherkasov told about steps in this direction and the results of the total rebranding - We took this difficult project about a year ago. The point of the task is to reload the e-commerce in the foxtrot in a short term just for the beginning of the active shopping season. For that to happen we staffed the specialist's team and distributed the tasks. Furthermore, we intensified all the traffic channels and optimized the internet store for better traffic conversion, - Kirill Popov-Cherkasov told.


In the first place, Foxtrot made the existing website optimization. The most important tasks were to increase the traffic and to enhance conversion rates. In the same time, they worked around head company website interface. Specialists from the department of information technologies did their best to make the website easy to use and make customers want to stay on the Foxtrot platform for a bit longer.


Along with the working on website, SMM-strategy was reviewed. New forms of interaction with brand followers were intensified in social networks. It gave the increasing of every publication reach and rising the amount of people who are interested in Foxtrot news. In particular, they created modern YouTube channel "To live alive" for engagement with members of gen Z generation. Young auditory and all who interested in the novelties from the electronics and household tools world can hear some new ideas, for the record, or exclusive information about their favorite tools.
