Foxtrot + Justin = online customer traffic is increasing

Retailer Foxtrot expands the pool of logistics operators with quarantine measures in place.

During the nationwide quarantine, the Foxtrot noted the growth and redistribution of the flow of customers and orders from stores to online sales with door-to-door/branch-to-door delivery. Logistics are provided by own delivery service and courier partner companies ("Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta"). To expand the delivery coverage, the retailer decided to quickly launch a collaboration with the Justin operator.

– Online shopping, including the purchase of home appliances and electronic gadgets, became the most popular among Ukrainians during quarantine. Thus the client expects from us not only fast reaction in registration of the Internet order, but qualitative and convenient delivery. I’m confident that working with Justin will allow us to expand our customer delivery coverage and be closer to the customer,” – commented Vadim Osinsky, Head of Supply Chain Management at Foxtrot.

The main advantage of Justin is the convenience of post offices. Foxtrot customers will be able to get their goods at over 500 post offices in a number of major supermarkets in the country. This is especially important when shoppers need to minimize public visits, and going out for essentials is almost the only exception and allows them to combine food shopping and mailing from Foxtrot.

As previously reported, under quarantine, Foxtrot focused on e-commerce and coordinated resources to ensure the safe and fast delivery of home appliances and electronics. For this purpose, the company's anti-crisis staff has developed a new regulation of rules for its own delivery service – as safe as possible for both buyers and couriers. The company also noted that the delivery of equipment and electronics to customers of Foxtrot for the quarantine period is free of charge.
