Poll from Foxtrot: the price is in the first place, the guarantee is in the second place
Online resource about technology held the poll initiated by Foxtrot brand in the end of July. Survey results showed that customers consider their value to make the shopping safe.
Almost every third survey participant responded that the guarantee availability is the second reason for the purchase.
Thus, 49% of all respondents told that a price for the goods and a discount are the first factors affecting the decision to purchase the product.
28% of all respondents think that the availability of guarantee is the decisive factor. Another 12% consider the fact of cashback availability to affect the decision on purchase, and 11% tend to take out a loan.
- Indeed, fiscal receipt and warranty cards are ground for inclusion in after-sale service in line of authorized service center work, - told Yevgeny Kobets. He is the head of Foxtrot network service office. - If the customer doesn’t have this document set, the goods producer can refuse to serve the technics for free, according to Ukrainian legislation of 2017. Customers will not be able to offset the costs with the help of producer’s resources.

Foxtrot pointed out that 1037 visitors took part in the poll initiated by https://techno.24tv.ua/ . 48,7 % were women and 51,3% were men. The majority of website users belonged to the age category of 25-44 years.
