Gennadii Vykhodtsev awarded participants of the II phase of the eco-rating "Tut pratsyuyutʹ dalEKOhlyadni"

The second stage started on February 20, 2020, and gathered 350 participants, including employees of FOXTROT group of companies and their partners.

Restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic affected every single area. Despite the devastation of offices, participants remained loyal to environmental principles and lived by the eco-rules declared by the global Green Office program – sort, minimize, recycle.

Activists took part in 7 eco-actions, collecting and handing over more than 2,000 kg of wastepaper and 110 kg of plastic caps. Also, they have founded the collection of medical masks in the head office.

The organizers, in turn, changed the usual format of the project, improving it. They moved communication to the online-format as much as possible (created a rating group on social networks, electronic trees-ratings, scores-leaves, and apples to record the results of rating participants. Even the award ceremony has not been spared the wave of reformatting – it took place for the first time in a new online format. Gennadii Vykhodtsev thanked all participants of the project: “I am grateful to each participant of our eco-rating, and I don’t want to stop there, because statistics show that every year employees are interested in the project, so it develops despite everything. The Green Office is a corporate culture in Foxtrot group of companies, and another example of responsible behavior so that our children in the future will have a better state of the environment. They will be able to continue to care for it."


All teams and eco-rating participants could join the online award ceremony. And those activists who were at their workplaces at the time of the award ceremony, became participants of the live broadcast and were awarded with badges and gifts personally by the organizers of the rating.

Forward-looking activists received personal appreciation sheets for the results of the 2020 rating. They were printed on recycled paper. In addition, handmade motanki "Charm for forward-looking" were created especially for participants by schoolchildren and teachers of 3-4 grades of Zaporizhzhya educational complex of military-sports profile "Zaporoz`ka Sich", who have been partners of Foxtrot group of companies for a long time, and participants of another social project of Foxtrot group of companies – "Safety School".
