Foxtrot-«phoenix»: the store returns to the rebuilt Retroville shopping mall in the capital

On July 22, a "revived" store will open for business in a well-known Kyiv shopping center, which was hit by a rocket of the Russian invaders in this spring

Foxtrot has returned to the same location as before the bombing, operating on the first floor of the shopping and entertainment center and in a format familiar to customers.

In a short time, the team of the all-Ukrainian electronics chain managed to restore the format familiar to buyers: update the space and equipment, fill the shelves with modern gadgets, and the atmosphere – with the belief that Ukrainians cannot be defeated.

– We started restoration and repair work at the beginning of July. At the same time, we set ourselves the task of preserving the previous planning and design style of the store, as we consider it to be as convenient as possible for the client, – notes Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot. – Including, with a central hub that unites the main functional areas, a lounge area for children and a platform for processing consumer loans for the purchase of equipment.

The approach to filling the shelves with goods has also been preserved – the assortment is as balanced as possible, taking into account all segments of equipment. The entire list of services is available, lending has been partially restored with the participation of partner banks.

– We now all understand that retail must work – at least where it is possible, so that the economy functions, and Ukrainians can buy everything they need, thereby supporting the country. Therefore, the opening of the "revived" Foxtrot store, as well as for our colleagues from the shopping center, marks the victory of light over darkness for us. And, of course, strengthens our faith in unconditional Victory, – concluded the executive director of the network.

We will remind, in March, during a missile attack by the Russian aggressor, directed at the Retroville shopping center, the store of the all-Ukrainian electronics chain Foxtrot was damaged. As a result of the blast wave and the fire caused by it, 30% of the premises were damaged: walls, ceiling, equipment, 60% of goods and material values were destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Foxtrot in the Retroville Shopping Center is one of the capital's flagships of the electronics chain. The total area of the store is 1,100 m2, of which the retail area is 890 m2. Its official opening took place exactly two years ago: in July 2020, which was remembered in the history of the company as the first after the relaxation of quarantine restrictions of the spring lockdown-2020.
