Foxtrot – in the RBC-Ukraine special project "Billions to help"
The RBC news agency prepared a special project with a survey of market leaders, how business helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and how much money it spends for the fastest possible victory of Ukraine. After all, according to the data "Research on the state of business in Ukraine" on the "Diya.Business" website, almost 90% of enterprises in Ukraine help the Armed Forces or engage in volunteer assistance (January, 2023)
The special project was attended by Foxtrt, Privatbank, SKM, EPAM, ATB, Nova Poshta, who talked about new priorities for Ukrainian business during Ukraine's confrontation with Russian aggression: how they preserved the assets and safety of their employees and their families, help the military in the defense of the country and citizens that suffered due to the actions of the aggressor country. Foxtrot's case in the special project is called "Helping the Defense Forces of Ukraine and attracting global brands to help."
"Foxtrot's total contribution to the country's support last year reached 14.5 million hryvnias. The company has assumed patronage over 14 military units of the Air Force of Ukraine, cooperates with almost 200 state authorities, volunteers, public and charitable organizations, supports 180 mobilized employees and encourages corporate volunteering in every possible way, writes RBC-Ukraine.
Among the tools used by the business to strengthen defenders of Ukraine's independence is the corporate headquarters "Help Us".
"On the initiative of the co-founders of the brand Valerii Makovetskyi and Gennadii Vykhodtsev, we rallied our employees and created the operational headquarters "Help Us" to coordinate assistance to the Defense Forces, volunteers and colleagues who have joined the ranks of the Armed Forces and the Armed Forces," said Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of the company. To its own efforts, the company added the energy of partners, both business and social.
Foxtrot's pool of social partners has expanded from 30 (as of the beginning of 2022) to 196 partners (as of February 2023). The company did not even forget about the four-legged underbosses and during the war continued its partnership with the Happy Paw charity fund: together the benefactors launched the "F-support" program for homeless four-legged friends and shelters evacuated from "hot spots". In 3.5 months from the beginning of its operation, it was possible to help 20 shelters for a total amount of over 370,000 hryvnias.
"Such a unity of the Foxtrot team and business and social partners became the driving force of resistance to the extremely serious challenges of the country's martial law and made it possible to save business. Foxtrot has survived, feeds the country's economy and supports defenders of Ukraine," – commented Gennadii Vykhodtsev, co-founder of the Foxtrot group of companies, who considers the medal "For the assistance of the Armed Forces" from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine to be an award for the entire Foxtrot team.
