Foxtrot congratulated "SOS Children's Villages" on its 20th anniversary in Ukraine

A solemn event was held in Kyiv to celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of Foxtrot's main partners in the direction of corporate and social responsibility - the charity organization "SOS Children's Villages" in Ukraine

It is the only organization that comprehensively approaches the problem of orphanhood, working not only with the consequences, but also on prevention – by supporting vulnerable families and family-type children's homes.

Representatives of the Foxtrot company joined the celebration – with words of congratulations and, of course, with a gift – a certificate for the purchase of household appliances.

"We thank SOS Children's Villages Ukraine for their dedication to supporting children and their families, long-term cooperation in creating a safe and comfortable environment for them, and on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of work in Ukraine," – noted Oleksiy Zozulya, CEO of Foxtrot, in thanking the organization.

The organization decided to send a gift from Foxtrot to its wards, namely to the Moskalenko family-type orphanage. This family is raising 5 adopted children. In August 2023, they were evacuated to the Children's Town in Brovary from the temporarily occupied Oleshki (Kherson region).

Foxtrot Group has been a partner of the fund since 2010. In 2014, the "Foxtrot" retail chain implemented the "We are together" charitable project, collecting funds to help displaced people, who are cared for by the "SOS Children's Villages" BF. In 2015, funds were collected through joint efforts, with which 79 families with many children from the east of Ukraine were provided with food kits and household items.

From 2016 to 2019, the company organized fundraising in charity boxes for the organization of art therapy classes for children. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the brand provided assistance to families from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions temporarily living in the "Towns of the Fund" of Kyiv and Kyiv region, handing over 60 units of household appliances.

And at the end of August 2023, the partners launched a joint charity event "Give happiness to good", aimed at providing psychological assistance to children affected by the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. In particular, 30 hryvnias from the sale of products from the Foxtrot branded merch series are directed to conducting art therapy classes to improve the physical, psychological and emotional state of children, wards of the organization.
