A Christmas auction for fellow defenders is starting at the Group Company of Foxtrot
On December 6, 2023, the charitable corporate online auction "I want to help" will be launched in the FOXTROT Group in order to support colleagues who are fighting as part of the Defense Forces of Ukraine for its independence
The auction was initiated by employees who are volunteers of the "I want to help" corporate movement at GKF. 7 lots are already posted on the GKF website in the Corporate Social Responsibility section. In the period from 6.12.2023 to 21.12. In 2023, the participants of the auction choose which lot they want to compete for at the auction and buy at least 1 ticket, transferring the money to the monobank indicated by the organizers.
Already on December 22, the organizers will draw these lots among donors using random numbers. The participants of the live auction will see who was lucky enough to become the owner of the following lots: a Ukrainian flag with the signature of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Valery Zaluzhny "Foxtrot Command", a flag with the autograph of the head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Kyryll Budanov, an "Iron Foxy" figurine with a cart wheel from a broken central composition of Foxtro. Among the lots are also remnants of weapons, which became artifacts painted with Ukrainian ornaments – tubes, casings, elements of rockets from the anti-aircraft missile complex.
The organizers will transfer all the collected funds to fellow defenders of Ukraine – some for rehabilitation after injury, and some for the purchase of FPV drones, which can effectively attack the enemy's manpower and equipment.
"The idea of an online auction should be implemented as much as possible, because there is a war for the survival of our state, and any opportunity to help those who defend our independence is valuable – Serhii Mashkin, a volunteer of the "I want to help" movement in the GKF, commented on the idea of the auction. – All the more so to help our colleagues who did not hide from fulfilling their civic duty abroad or behind the backs of others.
"As a member of the "Foxtrot" headquarters for assistance to the Defense Forces of Ukraine, I know that Foxtrot has been supporting fellow defenders, military units, and rescue teams with equipment from the first days, and the amount of assistance has already exceeded UAH 20 million, – says a corporate volunteer of the movement in the GKF. "I want help" Alevtyna Demutska. – Having a history of helping colleagues defending Ukraine since 2014, today we organized a synergy of business and volunteer workers to help the Armed Forces. We have been preparing thematic lots since the summer, and we are very grateful for the creative artifacts provided to us by our partners from BF Kozak Drive, whose underboss defenders Foxtrot has been supporting since the beginning of the Russian Federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine."
The idea of the auction was supported by the co-founders of the Foxtrot brand, Valery Makovetskyi and Gennadiy Vykhodtsev, as a sign of business solidarity with employees who have been volunteering since 2014 in support of defenders of Ukraine.
"I want to help" campaign united everyone in these December days, when Ukrainians celebrate International Volunteer Day, Armed Forces Day and prepare for the Christmas holiday. And unity is the key to Ukraine's victory in the struggle for its independence, – commented Gennadiy Vykhodtsev, co-founder of the Foxtrot brand, on the idea of a charity auction. Valery Makovetskyi and Gennadiy Vykhodtsev submitted their lot for auction – a gift set of glasses made from 30 mm BMP 2 gun shells in a wooden box.
We will remind you that from 2014 to 2023 inclusive, the GKF formed its own corporate movement of volunteers "I want to help". During 9 years of corporate volunteering, employees helped with good deeds, organizing more than 70 volunteer actions. More details about this – here.
