We have been strengthening ours every day for two years!

Foxtrot summed up the aid to the Defense Forces of Ukraine with equipment for almost UAH 29 million, counted a hundred activists of the corporate headquarters "Help to Us" and cited average statistics: the company's employees give defenders 11 pieces of equipment every day, without stopping their social mission even on weekends or holidays

On the eve of the second anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, at the corporate headquarters of the Foxtrot Network "Help Us", the results of the company's systematic work to strengthen the defenders of Ukraine with equipment were gathered.

The total amount of equipment assistance to the Defense Forces of Ukraine from February 24, 2022 amounted to UAH 28.8 million. Of these, businesses donated gadgets worth UAH 22.2 million to the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, air defense forces were strengthened with equipment from Foxtrot worth UAH 2.5 million, equipment worth UAH 1.7 million was handed over to police units and for the needs of rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, hospitals and hospitals – for 1 million hryvnias. The people of Foxtrot handed over 800,000 hryvnias worth of equipment to their fellow defenders, who are called
#rotaFokstrota in the company.

Among those who were reinforced by the retailer with laptops, tablets, printers, TVs, and heaters are the legendary Ghosts of Kyiv, fighters of the 3rd ODSHB, helicopter gunships from Chernobyl, the famous Kraken special unit, under-bosses of Yulia Paevska (Tyra) – prisoners of war and their families, defenders from the 24th brigade Danyla Halytskyi, the Kyiv Zentino missile brigade (which shot down 13 Kinzhals), the 47th Magura brigade, and also named after the deceased director of the Lviv Foxtrot – the Foxtrot 80 ODSHB air reconnaissance unit of the Galician brigade, etc.

The headquarters of "Help Us" estimated that in 2 years the company processed more than 1,200 official requests from defenders of Ukraine and for the needs of Ukrainian civilians, issuing more than 8,000 pieces of equipment.

"From these statistics, it turns out that the employees of Foxtrot issue 11 pieces of equipment every day to the military, rescuers, soldiers released from captivity, employees who went to fight, – says the initiator of the creation of the corporate headquarters "Help Us", CEO of Foxtrot Oleksiy Zozulya. – This result is the energy of hundreds of activists, employees of stores and the central office, who have time to perform the work according to the functionality, and join the charitable delivery of equipment to the defenders of Ukraine."

A system for dealing with requests for technical assistance was built in Foxtrot in the early days of a full-scale invasion. Letters of inquiry are sent to the headquarters through store directors in the regions, through contact center operators, through corporate mail and through corporate accounts in social networks.

"The word of mouth is working: fighters share contacts with fellow fighters where they have been sincerely helped," – Alevtina Demutska, curator of the "Help Us" headquarters, press secretary of the Foxtrot Group, describes the mechanics of the work. – In the message on the messenger, they explain: the brothers gave your contact, they said – Foxtrot will help. Help us, the percentage of refusals is very low, mainly due to the impossibility of officially formalizing the transfer of equipment. But even here we find a way out: we share used equipment from stores and the central office, having modernized it with the help of the company's IT specialists."

The main asset of the "Help Us" staff are store directors, their deputies, and product specialists. They are the ones who accept requests for assistance on the ground in the regions of Ukraine and help choose equipment, order it from a supplier, draw up a budget, move it from the warehouse, etc. It is the staff of the store that hands the equipment to the defenders, receiving positive emotions and thanks from the fighters. And among the members of the headquarters are clerks and accountants, lawyers and category managers, accountants, IT specialists, PR specialists and marketers.

Such systematic work is highly appreciated by the country's top military leadership. In 2023, 15 activists of the Foxtrotov headquarters "Help Us" were awarded the Thanks of General Valery Zaluzhny "For a significant personal contribution to the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, fruitful and selfless cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine."
