Growth in turnover, 5 new stores and 8.5 million in aid to the Armed Forces: Foxtrot summed up the results of the 1st quarter of 2024

In the first three months of the calendar year, the omnichannel technology retailer successfully fulfilled the planned financial and economic indicators and continues its development with optimism

Thus, according to the results of the 1st quarter, the company's total turnover showed an increase of +35% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the share of online traffic has grown by +20% and by +21% in traffic on Foxtrot.ua.

The largest growth was demonstrated by the categories of large (+51%), small (+44%) household appliances and televisions (+34%), which indicates a moderate growth in consumer attitudes, when most Ukrainians have adapted to wartime conditions and buy not only household goods with number of necessities, but also such as a coffee machine, a new washing machine or the same TV.

During the first three months of the year, there were positive changes in the retail network. Foxtrot opened 4 new stores in the regions: in Chernihiv, Stryi ("Stryy City" shopping center), Odesa ("Ostriv" shopping center) and Kryvyi Rih (Victory Plaza shopping center). And also - restored the store in Dnipro in the Appolo shopping center after a missile strike. In total, as of the end of May, Foxtrot is represented by 124 stores in 67 cities of Ukraine, including the only one of the large chain electronics retailers - in Kherson, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk and Pokrovsk near the front. Currently, 100% of stores are energy-independent, which makes it possible to operate without interruption during power outages.

In the context of the latter, Foxtrot paid 207 million taxes and fees to the state budget in the first quarter of 2024. And the amount of aid to the Defense Forces of Ukraine increased by UAH 8.5 million. In addition to the current monthly delivery of equipment to defenders, in March the company initiated an additional purchase of 60 FPV drones for a total of UAH 1 million for three combat units of the Armed Forces. It should be noted that at the end of May, Foxtrot was one of the first Ukrainian businesses to transfer UAH 1 million to combat robots, joining a new initiative from UNITED24. Currently, Foxtrot's total contribution to the country's defense capability is UAH 35 million.
