Results of Foxtrot update in 2020

Omnichannel retailer ends 2020 with festive opening of two stores in a hub format: in Mariupol’ on the avenue Myru, 149 (Mall “Amstor”) and in Uzhgorod on the Peremohy Street, 28

In a year and half of updating strategy realization there were 37 stores opened. 4 of them are totally new outlets: in Kyiv (Retroville Mall), in Vyshneve city (Cherry Mall), in Lutsk (Mall “Image” and in Chervonograd of Lviv Region.

“The main changes in trading network reboot are not only an update in design and decoration of trading space, but a new concept of assortment filling. The focus is on extension of trending categories representation like smartphones, coffee-machines, different kinds of vacuum cleaner, steam systems, electric grills etc. We will work in the chosen direction in the next year either’, - told Oleksiy Zozulia, the CEO of Foxtrot network.


According to him, this concept justifies its efficiency.

“We can see the results through statistics and client polls, which we regularly hold. Increase in purchases frequency grew by 7%, increase of repeat purchases was 10% during this year. In addition, the rate of customer retain grew by 16% and the number of loyal clients increased from 9,5 to 10,6. It proves that our changes are perceived positively”, added the network director.
