The famous retailer has presented a new bright naming of the known pick-up service of goods that were bought on the official online store foxtrot.ua website. Now, Foxtrot is offering an equivalent service called “Foxage”

More and more Foxtrot customers are ready to go shopping online or to combline online purchases with offline ones. Spring quarantine, winter lockdown and expansion of brand presence in the virtual space have affected the change of customers’ behavioural factors. That is why the company continues their own strategy of brand omni channel realization. Click-and-collect service became one of the strategy tools together with its subsequent development.

According to company’s analytics service, about 69% of customers used “Foxage” service during Black Friday, and in general, pick-up service part doubled in 2020.
